      Pros

      Working in the Kelley School of Business Information Technology office has been a great experience so far! I am always moving around on various jobs, discovering new ways of fixing technical issues, and improving my communication skills by answering phone calls, e-mails, and discussing issues face to face. The pay is also very reasonable.

      Cons

      I am limited to what I can do for the IT department.

      - Benefits are good - Was able to use a decent amount of PTO over summers/breaks - Working in athletic environment

      Cons

      - Low salary - Life is based on around team/athletics schedule - Opinions were not received well or heard at all by AD - Not many opportunities for growth/advancement
