      Pros

      Very good pay, starts at 8.25$ an hour, it is relatively easy just have to sit at a computer all day, nice people to work with

      Cons

      It can be terribly awkward asking people who don't have any money at all to donate so college kids can study abroad or not have student loans when they themselves are struggling

      - Benefits are good - Was able to use a decent amount of PTO over summers/breaks - Working in athletic environment

      Cons

      - Low salary - Life is based on around team/athletics schedule - Opinions were not received well or heard at all by AD - Not many opportunities for growth/advancement
