      Pros

      Working with some of the most caring people. Working there almost feels like your working with family. You become close.

      Cons

      Not much opportunity for advancement. You tend to get pigeon holed. Not a lot of turn around so people stay in the same position for a very long time.

      - Benefits are good - Was able to use a decent amount of PTO over summers/breaks - Working in athletic environment

      - Low salary - Life is based on around team/athletics schedule - Opinions were not received well or heard at all by AD - Not many opportunities for growth/advancement
