      Pros

      Friendly environment and friendly coworkers. Decent pay and decent life in a peaceful town. Life expenses is low comparing to big cities.

      Cons

      I can't think of anything bad here... I guess for some people who like busy and modern life may prefer works in big city.

      - Benefits are good - Was able to use a decent amount of PTO over summers/breaks - Working in athletic environment

      Cons

      - Low salary - Life is based on around team/athletics schedule - Opinions were not received well or heard at all by AD - Not many opportunities for growth/advancement
