Pros
The staff is friendly, especially your peers and all the support staff around the building. You will get bonuses 2-3 times in a year for continued employment. Most of the management staff are understanding people.
Cons
Too much physical work is needed. It's hard to balance work as a full-time student, particularly if you are in STEM subjects. Pay is not so competitive compared to Teaching/Research Assistants' pay.
