      I enjoy being a teaching assistant at IU, as I get to learn much myself from the class I assist with, and the students are all amazing to get to know. Excellent leadership opportunity.

      - Benefits are good - Was able to use a decent amount of PTO over summers/breaks - Working in athletic environment

      Cons

      - Low salary - Life is based on around team/athletics schedule - Opinions were not received well or heard at all by AD - Not many opportunities for growth/advancement
