Benefits and PTO were not bad

Lower pay than private offices but has benefits.

- Benefits are good - Was able to use a decent amount of PTO over summers/breaks - Working in athletic environment

- Low salary - Life is based on around team/athletics schedule - Opinions were not received well or heard at all by AD - Not many opportunities for growth/advancement
