It is what you make it - Project Manager Indiana University Employee Review

A lot of bureaucracy to navigate and an ill-defined roll that sometimes feels like everyone asking me to do everything they don't want to and calling it "project management." The pay is decent for what I've had in the past, but nothing to write home about. No bonuses and very very slow raises if any. Doesn't feel like a lot of opportunities for upward mobility. I can stay here if I want or find another job, so there's a lot of job hopping around the department that happens trying to follow the money.
