      Nurses gain a lot of experience because they are exposed to a lot.

      Cons

      Lack of Security at hospitals, nurse to patient ratio terrible, lack of accountability, top leadership is out of touch, reactionary, not proactive. Communication is lacking, no transparency,. Profit always priority over patients. Decisions are made in a vacuum.

      Pros

      very flexible schedule, leadership is good at communicating and showing appreciation. They also don't allow others to treat coworkers poorly. Insurance is affordable with decent coverage, more PTO than many companies.

      pay is low, increases are very small
