There is autonomy in how you execute, plan, and carry out the project work. Always willing and supportive to grant added resources to large scale projects.
Cons
Leadership level and above fails to hear/ listen to the feedback being shared at the execution level. Disconnect between projects has groups duplicating efforts. Lots of politics and egos to manage.
