Compensation, Ability to NOT get work done and still skate by

Terrible management, particularly in HR. Obvious bias toward specific groups/people where if you are NOT part of the favored group, you are an outcast. Do not expect any accountability if you are white and/or male. All others, expect to NOT be supported or valued. Leadership does not even bother to hide it's favoritism. This is evident across all of HR, and likely started from the top. No opportunity for advancement due to merit, but rather thru favoritism.
