IU Health has great benefits and good pay. Several locations around the city and state give you options. Good work/life balance makes this IU Health a good employer overall.
Cons
Huge bureaucracy that takes along time go get things done. They put a lot of value in MBA's especially from Indiana University Kelly School of Business. They seem to get preferential treatment.
