Poor administration at La Porte Hospital - Director Indiana University Health Employee Review

Did a reduction in force, now serverly under staffed especially nurses. Low employee moral. Poor communication from the top down. They have either fired most middle management or they have left for better positions. Benefits have been reduced each year for the last 3-4 years. Pay is lower than other area hospitals.
