Pros
Those that you work with become your family. There is a bond between coworkers that carries on throughtout the working relationship. Many of us share activities outside the work environment. Good pay with great benefits.
Cons
There is the constant fear of your job being eliminated du e to downsizing. Holidays are paid holidays only if you have PTO hours to use, otherwise the holiday is not paid. Communication is not always at its best.
