401K company matches 3%. RT staff and administrative support teams give excellent patient care considering there are not enough support staff. Employees work well as a team. Team leads, and manager are positive and care about their team members, and providing excellent patient care.
Cons
Lack of training, computer and copy machines are antiquated.Lack of communication for employees working in satellite branches. There is a large patient load volume, and not enough support staff, causing staff to be overwhelmed with work, increasing risk for errors. Lacking in consistency with policies among satellite offices, due to poor communication. Main office does not have a full understanding as to the autonomy of the satellite offices, therefore job performance reviews are inaccurately calculated, causing unfair performance reviews.
