Pros

Hospital staff are truly committed to quality care, and floor directors really try to make things better for staff and patients.

Cons

Low morale, high turnover, low salary for local cost of living as compared to Indianapolis IU Health salaries, constant change, inadequate staff education, high stress, frequently understaffed, focus on patient satisfaction exceeds that of staff concerns, unresonable absence policy that forces employees to come to health care environment when ill (really?!), old building, local leaders have very limited authority while IU Health central administration directs budget, salary, etc.
