Foundation President did not work in the same office as the rest of the staff; it felt like she was in an ivory tower while the rest of us worked elsewhere. Unlike other nonprofits, you need to follow IU Health's rules for career advancement, meaning considerable work outside of your scope and learning about the other areas of healthcare. No annual raises.
