      Pros

      Doctors and manager were great. Got to know a lot of people from a lot of different departments- networking is helpful in patient care given not ever case is simple.

      Cons

      Not great pay. Not flexible. Couldn’t move up in job positions without knowing someone or having high degrees, even though my job skill and knowledge was higher than most
