Pros
In general, the team was one of the best parts of the job. They are willing to help, care, and willing to help out when needed. Management listens and adjust things the best they can and the overall work environment is flexible.
Cons
At times, it felt difficult to suggest or make beneficial changes. Ideas were often met with a resistance, mostly stemming from a rooted routine feeling of “that’s not how it’s been done” type of thinking. Case loads were high, and also not balanced.
