Pros
They have really great insurance and benefits It’s nice working with patients and feeling like you’re doing something good for the community
Cons
HR is horrible. If you really have something to speak with them about outside of benefits, you have to make an appointment via email. I honestly feel like since the new CEO got hired they want employees to do their job of two people Some team leads are amazing while other to get by with not doing anything to help out their team. I feel like they take advantage of their job and the office manager is OK with it
