Pros
Most of the people you work with are friendly, and you'll have access to a few perks as a result of working there. If you work long enough, they'll pay for your child to go through college, which is good.
Cons
Most people don't really like working here deep down. For the amount of work they ask of you to do, they don't pay nearly as much as they should. There's at least one freeloading employee in every department that does nothing and gets paid just as much as everyone else. They take every single politically controversial topic and make it into a reason to screw you over even more. Healthcare reform turned into making our healthcare significantly worse just to make a statement, for example. Christmas bonuses aren't guaranteed, and they don't give any warning as to when they'll give you a ham instead of a bonus. Generally speaking, this place is only good if you need a consistent paycheck and consistent hours.
