Pros
Great vacation benefits (4-5 weeks per year when you combine wellness days) 10% toward retirement Decent healthcare plan Not overly quick to let people go Work hour expectations are generally reasonable
Cons
I have worked with IWU for 7 years and have few complaints. Right now we are going through a crunch time due to economy and it has been difficult all around, especially for faculty and some employees working with traditional students. Salaries are mid-range. However, they are not as high as for-profit colleges or some private colleges.
