Plenty of good amenities in the office. Well written standard operation procedures.
Cons
I felt quite isolated by my boss specifically, not supported, and started to be afraid that any assignment I turned in would get me in trouble. I didn't match the company personality (or at least the department's) and was barely communicated to for the last 3 weeks of my employment.
