Pros

Love the team culture and ability to grow internally. Management is superior to any other companies I've worked for in the past and they really focus on being human first. Also, schedules are always super flexible and they take PTO and mental health very seriously.

Cons

No major issues - some initial friction with Parent Company that acquired Indio but nothing out of the ordinary compared to other acquisitions.
