Pros

Good hours and you learn a lot

Cons

You have to work at the pace to achieve bare minimum other wise they get upset because they get backed up. LOTS of sitting around doing nothing. Lots of false pay increases/promotions.

Pros

Indmar is leading the marine industry for inboard engines. This would be an awesome place for a young engineer to kick start their career. Engineering policies are messy but Liedich is very knowledgeable as a design engineer.

Cons

I wouldn't recommend Indmar to anyone trying to build a career. There's no room to grow, policy, and management style doesn't make any sense. The culture is just plain bad.
