Pros

Indmar is leading the marine industry for inboard engines. This would be an awesome place for a young engineer to kick start their career. Engineering policies are messy but Liedich is very knowledgeable as a design engineer.

Cons

I wouldn't recommend Indmar to anyone trying to build a career. There's no room to grow, policy, and management style doesn't make any sense. The culture is just plain bad.

Pros

Somewhat relaxed and personable and understanding management.

Cons

They don't allow listening to music. They don't allow you to leave the premise on your lunch break.
