Pros

Employees get along with each other quite well and are productive. Expanding organization, allowing more and more job opportunities. Staff have been allowed to move up and laterally to better utilize their newfound skills. Free waters, cokes, coffee and snacks. Nice view of Folsom from 4th floor. Staff are kept informed with Quarterly Meetings. Directors and Executives are all easy to talk to and coordinate with.

Cons

Current quarters are getting cramped, though I know new headquarters are already underway.

Financially solid, not heard of layoffs through the pandemic and the bad economy. Product people actually love to use.

Cons

Experience can be different across divisions. Pay is not competitive with big tech companies or fancy startups.
