The company is growing quickly, so there are a lot of opportunities to help solve new challenges. The company values promoting from within. I’ve been able to grow into several new positions during my time here. People care about the work they do. Work-life balance. Most people are out of the office by 5pm. Flexible start and end times.
Cons
We’re still a relatively young company that is still trying to figure some things out: this means that aspects of our operations sometimes feel disorganized. Management is uneven, divisions can have completely different approaches to employee development, reviews, retention, promotions, etc. Some HR policies are mysteriously rigid. Mandatory 1 hour lunches? What? Benefits are modest for a tech company. No 401k.
