- Very positive and supportive engineering team - Engineering co-directors talented, easy to work with - New office is on Lake Natoma, with immediate access to American River Trail for biking etc. - Room for growth - lots of employees find new roles within the company

Cons

- No retirement plan yet - Paid vacation relatively tight unless you've been there a long time - Pay not super competitive
