Used to be a great place to work - Field Technician Industrial Inspection & Analysis Employee Review

No 401k match. No affordable insurance. When we were a family owned business this was a great company to work for. Since being bought out and going corporate it has gone down hill fast. They are taking advantage of our customers. Moral among the guys in the field is the lowest I have seen it. They will hire new guys in at a higher pay rate than that of the guys having to train them. The amount of tasks they pile on you that has nothing to do with revenue production increases all the time. They set unrealistic expectations. Our direct managers have gone from loving their jobs to hating them.
