Cons
Demographics: Workforce is skewed to older employees which can limit fresh perspectives. Less diverse workforce too, with skew towards majority race. Less diverse in terms of lack of women leaders. Slow Pace: Processes and decision-making often take longer than necessary. Excessive discussions: Too much time spent in multiple meetings for the same topic. Reduces efficiency and quality of thought.
