Pros
The facility is good, work culture is great, and there is ample opportunities for growth for those wanting to grab it. Depending on the teams, some are more driven and clear on the vision, while support departments can get too routine - I believe quite similar elsewhere. Compensation and benefit is competitive to the market rate.
Cons
Semiconductor in general depends on market cycle. So during downturns, need to bear in mind of the good old days which will come again.
