      Work life balance is good. Peers in Europe are very supportive and encouraging

      Cons

      Work is not exciting and lot of repetitive work Very less innovation It's process oriented, you won't get a chance to think out of box. Hell lot of politics. To grow, you should be good in politics rather than good in work. Good leaders are thrown out of company due to internal politics.
