Pros
It offers IGP (intern graduate program) to fresh graduates which is one of the most generous trainings I've ever seen: you not only get chance to rotate among different teams/groups to find your true interest, you also get free travel/living/accommodation worldwide and all arranged by agents, company even pays taxes for all the expenses.
Cons
Semiconductor industry is always tough and business fluctuate yearly, not expect to receive big fat paycheck or bonus, stock like other software companies do in California.
