      Good work life balance depending on your manager. Salary is average. Depending on your division you can work with some amazing people.

      Cons

      Upper management not the brightest. Working for a German company has many levels of be procedures and fluffy company slogans to preach. Propaganda. Besides this nonsense it's a good company. Being in America is not truly corporate America. You are a yes man to the HQ but if you are an average achiever you will do well
