politics here and there, till the management also play the same game... Bias on the vendors selection, not healthy for the overall organizations... the HR hiring policies never side the internal people for internal transfer, they always think the outsider are better and hired with better package... reorganization is normal here, almost every 2 years big and 1/2 year small, but it always disappoint the people as the organization changed never really focus on the problem... just for the sake of change only...
