I’ve had the opportunity to work at Infineon Technologies for the past few years, and overall, my experience has been quite positive. Here are some key points from my perspective: Flexible hours, work load depends on teams and management. There is huge variation within same director. 401k matching is good and have this wellness expense which is a nice touch Infineon has a very supportive and collaborative culture.

Career advancement opportunities can be slow and dependent on teams The compensation could be more competitive The decision-making is a bit slow
