Cons
1. Bad work culture. Many junior resources don't follow any time discipline - they walk in and out anytime. 2. It is not employee friendly - basic facilities like transport are given least importance. Management doesn't care about employees and their plight for commute to office that much. You handle your commute yourself is the mantra. 3. Poor visibility of open positions. Only placement team knows it. Also they don't support much when resources are out of project. 4. If someone is out of project, only way is exit. 5. Basic tools like laptop requires CEO approval. Power is not decentralized. 6. Internal politics and employees who have worked for a few years have big hold in all decision making. They will bend the rules as they want. 7. Company mostly has Testing projects. There are hardly any development projects. 8. Clients expect you stay back after office hours.. But company won't provide any transport or cab facility.
