No sales so you can focus on your clients. You have the freedom to program for your clients how you want. Lots of continuing education options. Room to grow in the company. A great winning culture. Company hires and fires based on core values. Great team camaraderie with lots of team outings.

Cons

The company has high standards for its employees and holds everyone accountable for doing their job. This can rub some people the wrong way.

Very very organized, treat employees well, Learned a lot.

None, only if you know what you are getting into. If you want your own personal brand and style of training, this is not the place for you. If you don't mind being a part of a machine, this is the place for you.
