- Constantly learning and gaining knowledge from your team and boss. - Always push you to be your best and strive for excellence. - Team environment and do a lot of team outings/social events with staff and clients - Flexible and understanding

Workload can get to be a lot at times but they are always willing to work with you & meet you where you're at.

Very very organized, treat employees well, Learned a lot.

Cons

None, only if you know what you are getting into. If you want your own personal brand and style of training, this is not the place for you. If you don't mind being a part of a machine, this is the place for you.
