Pros

Smart and motivated engineers and scientists. Opportunities to travel and participate in events for technical roles. Company is international. Most teams seem to be fairly laid back. Some useful benefits, like commute benefits etc. Good PTO/vacation days. Pretty good culture.

Cons

Company is growing way too fast. Internal team organization is poor. Everyone does their own thing. Too many commitments, upper management mba hires. Execs tend to say things publicly that make the technical folks uneasy. Pay and benefits are on the lower end, not all divisions have consistent pay bands as far as I can tell.

Great place to work with an excellent, supportive team. I've had lots of opportunities to learn new skills and grow professionally.

Cons

Split between two offices at the moment (at least in Boulder), so occasional driving back and forth depending on what role you have.
