Pros
-Friendly people -People are generally willing to help you understand if you're approaching a problem from a different angle -Generally fairly good communication between teams when needed -Good benefits / perks -Informative and generally experience-broadening on a day to day basis
Cons
-Employee morale is a bit low across some teams (better on some than others) -Not necessarily a con, but work occurs until a project is done, not only until the clock hits -Management decisions are made difficult when managers have several roles
