Pros

Great benefits for a company this day and age. Medical & Dental used to be totally covered but with ridiculous rising costs these days, now employees do contribute a small portion to help cover. 401k matching up to 6% is great. FSA, HSA, quarterly bonuses, on-site massage therapist, free lunch Fridays, free soda/snack kitchens, access to company season tickets to things like the Utah Jazz, RSL, Sundance corporate ski passes, etc. Management is full of great people. Flexible with schedules when needed. Overall good environment, fun people to work with.

Cons

Big projects can be high stress and require long hours, at any hour, especially for "go-live" and/or project deadlines.

Pros

Almost everybody who works there is very kind and easy to work with. They have decent benefits, and a nice office space. Middle management is actually stellar, I felt I had a leader who respected and listened to me but when it came to something above them, or in a different area, things often stalled or went nowhere.

Cons

The Executive leadership team, and VP team seem to be at odds of where their product needs to go in order to support the industry, While most decisions only come at the end of heated discussions and unwillingness to change or accept how the industry operates. This causes major strain on the employees expected to carry out the work and communicate with customers. This leads to poor morale, and constant feelings of failure. This often get's used as reasoning when the company experiences reductions of force, as customers don't want to stay partnered with a company that can't support their needs or feel that everything is a fight to get complete.
