Pros

The team culture is great. You are working with really smart people who work hard. I had an amazing team.

Cons

Firm slowing shrinking headcount. Not a company that is growing. Infor has layoffs 2-3 times a year. Also not a lot of room to grow at the firm as you get promoted to consultant in 2-3 years and it takes 3 more years to make senior consultant if you're lucky to make senior consultant then manager takes 10-15+ years to make. Love all the other aspects though.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
