Loved the whole process: I applied via Linkedin, a recruiter reached out to me in few hours with a brief rundown of the role and pay scale. The whole communication was nice structured and clear, there were about 3 main interviews with 3 different people, consistent feedback has been provided during the whole process, the management is very inviting and happy to answer questions throughout. (the process took 6+ weeks, successfully and professionally overcoming any barriers related to Covid restrictions in place). Main steps: 1. recruiter phone interview, 2. personality test, 3. tehnical online test, 4. interview in person with a manager asking in depth tehnical questions related to general tech experience, OOP principles, AWS experience, CI/CD, blocks in Python, SQL, Unix, few practical examples, ability to collaborate in a team , 5. tehnical call interview with hiring manager, 6. final feedback.)
