Pros

Market competitive compensation. Strong teams across product, services and support. Fun place to work!

Cons

Big cronyism issues....upper management (V/C level) had all been replaced or in the process of being replaced by Oracle leadership. Team members at these levels who had been contributing for years and ready for the next level were overlooked or eliminated to accommodate. Sales reps rarely last more than a year here. Consistency in AE a big challenge.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
