Pros

Not just using kubernetes and pretending to do "cloud", doing cloud. Processes, responsibilities, ambitions. Things to learn, things to do, autonomy. Great people all over the place, great culture. Diversity, respecting others. Higher management is reachable and the feedback even from ordinary employees does matter. I can believe that this company really wants to be better and is trying to achieve that goal.

Cons

Some of the recent ambitious technological projects do not seem to solve real problems or not in a realistic way. Internal training focuses maybe on business processes but no plan on making people better problem solvers and work in teams (or teams of teams).

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
