Pros

Competitive salary, flexible work time. You work based on your assignment project location and time zone.

Cons

Little or no increase in salary. Percentage of utilization bonus is on hold until year end. You do a lot of tasks looking after early talents but with little monetary recognition. Product implementation takes long time to complete so you get stuck with the client for years. Product is like a lego system. Too many solutions on top of one another that confuses customers.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
