Pros

Really good management team and leadership from office to country to region (Nordics). Plenty of talented and nice colleagues. Strong products and large, expanding customer base. Great place to work.

Cons

Internal career movements seems difficult and cumbersome. Contacted managers at different levels and even searched internal positions, sometimes even without any feedback at all from the hiring manager.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
