Have Insurance benefits with good market cap package. A good start up career company. Management is also good.

Cons

Outdated Financial software. So may need to face heavy competition when one looking for a change. Old school management with traditional structure.

Pros

Coworkers are wonderful, and the benefits are solid. Most of the management team is supportive and easy to work with.

Cons

A few managers should not be in leadership roles. If they decide they don’t like you, they simply stop giving you work — others have 3–5 projects while you’re left with none. These same managers micromanage every detail, require you to document nearly every minute, and question everything you do even when a project manager has already confirmed your information. It creates an unfair work environment.
